The BBC currently offers 260+ podcasts for subscription but they needed a strategy for how to make sure they're using the content and serving the audience in the most appropriate way.
We held depth interviews and groups with different audience types and brought them all together for workshops with the stakeholder team. It was a fantastic project to work on but the downside? I now need another 12 hours a week to fit in all the podcasts I've since subscribed to.
