
We were tasked with helping E.ON turn their environmental strategy into a companywide vision that inspires colleagues’ behaviour across all corners of the business.
We facilitated a series of road shows across the country, meeting large groups of office and field based colleagues (up to 20 per session) and empowering them to create their own vision. We produced an edited film from these sessions, screening it during follow-up workshops with senior stakeholders who then developed the vision further, resulting in bottom up and top down collaboration.
Razor’s approach has helped E.ON hone their vision and create colleague support for and engagement with an issue that is central to everything they do.
