If we did that, there'd be no time for everything else. What we do do is spend time simply hanging out with consumers...etc. Etc. We find cliche's inexcusable and search for the little intricacies that make people unique. We turn this insight into something that genuinely gets used deep within the business and the more engaging and visual it is, the longer it lives
